Well, if you like, you can go with my idea from a few pages back, which is create your own thread and explain concepts and what we do wrong. A tutorial thread so to speak. obviously there would be spoilers for players, so we wouldn't be allowed in.

Everyone can do with more ded-lurkers  they allready all have at least one with them allready so best just to pick the team or nation that seems most interesting to you

Map is 3/4 done. Need minor stuff.
Whenever the players start a thread the starting location picture can be posted into it. The starting locations themselves have been stamped FINISHED.
What we need off the players now is turn order.

I'm GMT too, and my bad times are 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. (ie the afternoon) until the summer is over.
Just for the mechanics of working the save I have a few questions:
1) Will there be a password?
2) I just need the email of the person after me, and to give my email to the person before me, right?
3) If I need cover for 2-3 days 2 ded. lurkers should be ok?
And an in-game query, we (the players) can't talk to each other about the game until we've met in game, yes?

1.) Defaults to no password, you set one when you start.
2.) Well, communication is usually done mostly via email, so you'll need everyone's. I also assume we'll set the entirely awesome Mist PBEM tracker, so for sending saves, you shouldn't actually need anyone's email once that's set up, just the tracker's address.
3.) That should be plenty.
And no, we shouldn't talk to anyone in the game about the game until we've made contact in the game.

Unless I'm missing it somewhere, I don't see a timeslot for Acostolas? Otherwise, the turn order seems pretty logically to be some permutation of:
Rawkking Goodguy: 0100-0500 GMT
Gaspar: 0200-0600 GMT
Nicolae - 0800-1200 GMT
Acostolas: ???
Brian: not 12:30-2:30 GMT
Kyan: 1800-2400 GMT
I think Acostolas can probably fit in just about anywhere except between me and RG and not mess the whole thing up. Once that's settled, we can get the game going once the map is rubber stamped. I know Brian had limited availability this weekend but I'm not fussed about it one way or another. The early turns are going to be exceptionally boring anyway, so the sooner we get them out of the way, the better. Perhaps we can get a blitz in a week or two, but that's a separate issue.
We should probably get emails in here as well, for both tracker setting up and contact purposes. Mine is pjtopor at the usual service. I assume some dedlurkers might want access to the save, so we can get that in here as well, I believe the tracker can handle sending the save to multiple sources.

Acostalas has 2 time zone: Gmt+10 and Gmt+2(ye we are 2 players) but consider please Acos which i think is +10 hope i am not wrong.

+11 actually but close enough.
between 30 minutes ago and an hour and a half in the future is best. no idea what time that is in GMT
Also is the Forum clock wrong for any one else? i'm supposed to be Gmt +9:30, but the correct time appears to be Gmt +11
Edit: i don't know what time Mackoti would prefer, so this isn't concrete
