Not yet, but it's only turn 3, Give it time! I've just found a set of goblin forts, so I'm going to recall my warrior scout to garrison the capital and I build my worker. I've found 2 villages which have both given gold, so I have 99 GP right now.

In other news, I've met both Mist (elves) and Ichabod (Calabim). Naturally we want good relations with the elves and to strangle the Calabim in the cradle right?

Based on what I've seen so far of the map, I think that all the players may be situated around this central desert/floodplain setup.

I have also met Ichabod of the Calabim so far. Have you run into any neighbors yet?
