The Orc Clan: Following the Princess Rule

Mardoc Wrote:Isn't that Sareln's history?

Also - where do you find all these wonderful pictures?

Good catch! This is why you shouldn't put together updates while watching QI! Damn that distracting Stephan Fry.

Deviant Art and just trying Word Combinations in google... I think that one was found by typing "Vampire Medieval City" into google image search and it linked me to a deviant art page.

The real Calabim pictures you just steal of the FFHII Wiki... I mean that's what it's there for, information and picture theft.

Updated the history, now it has the ones I actually checked. Just the Bannor to go now.

Also the first page now has links to these indepth posts. I'll probably also make links to any big updates (Turn 50, 75, 100, etc.)

Maybe calling him Sareln might make him more likely to be rushed though?

BURN!

Teasing aside lol It has been pretty harsh on Sareln... I'm only going to be trying to befriend him because all his forests will be firewood later in the game.

Although that does raise a nice little "goal" for the Orcs :neenernee if Sareln can now by linked to "getting rushed" then my perhaps my goal should be;

Goal #1
Burn the world with Armegeddon

Goal #2
Make Mackoti synonymous with "getting dogpiled early by everyone"

Goal #3
Make sure Ravus does NOT become synonymous with "getting turned on when everyone realises how evil you are"

Ravus Sol Wrote:Cork runs into a Hidden Spider in the West! Good job my initial expansion it to head East... Also don't Spiders stay still in the wild? If so my culture may catch it and stop it from moving

I was under this impression as well, but in my recent games I have experienced that Spiders do in fact move. I wouldn't count on the Spider remaining stationary.

Also lol @ uberfish's comment lol

The tracker seems to have died... (see the tech thread)

But I couldn't resist uploading the last pictures for this turn because with this post I will be ahead of the Bannor with Post count :neenernee

Mork the Magnificant, Murders Mammals
[Image: civ4screenshot0426.jpg]

Mork manages to beat of the Lion attack. We get a snazy 2 xp, not lots, but enough for a Combat I which will make him even MORE likely to survive the long trek. Some nice Resources are being found in the North.

You can see the Sea to the West if you look closely. The map continues to be a little quirky. But I will still forgive it a lot due to the early Gems and all the Grain Resources being close.

The Elephants are nice Animals to be near, as they don't attack, only defend. I'm more and more tempted to grab an early Animal Husbandry to get the Animal Handling promotion... But i know that with my luck Mork would get hit by a wolf and upgrade the second before the tech came in.

You can see here that it's going to take a whole 2 turns to heal.

cry

I want my exploration damn it.

Still no Orc Barbarians sighted in the wilds. So no chance of gaining anything from the world spell "for the horde" pop yet. As Ichabod said it's going to have to be used mainly for exploration at this point.

Spider Goblin, Spider Goblin does whatever a- he ate Dork!

This is the sneaky little Spider that ATE Dork. Poor little Dork. And now the thing is moving... Seeming to Follow Cork as he tried to manouver around him to explore the West.

It also now has Combat II on top of it's normal 5 STR. This thing ain't dying any time soon.

In this picture you Can also see the Capital Isengard has only a few more turns to get to size 4. Also next turn the Worker will start building a Farm on the grassland.

Bork Beats it
[Image: civ4screenshot0429.jpg]

Bork loses the the Snow Lion!! Damn me and my hope. Crushed so easily so early.

I hate animals. Havn't seen a single wolf so far. Just lions in the desert and a single polar bear. I'm thinking I may need to give up hope on the idea of a squad of early wolf-riders.

Also lol @ uberfish's comment lol

Indeed. Due to recent changes in found animals, the epic saga of "Dancing with Wolves" has has to be changed "Spider-Goblin"

Unfortunatly no Spiders were hurt in the makings of Spider-Goblin. One Goblin was eaten.

Cork is now trying to Dance around the spider. He's my last Goblin. banghead
