Yeah... It's a lot. And yeah I had to reduce culture by 10% this turn, but I'm pretty sure that isn't going to effect it much because its getting most of the culture from wonders and buildings.
ASM, Shoot left a stack in range, I think he was trying to bait me to attack it like I did Omar. Thing is the culture should push over soon and then they won't even be able to move next to Macau in one turn.
Also, ASM I'm starting to build a secondary army that will move into your territory to help defend if you are attacked. Basically, I'll hold onto your standing army for upkeep and move them into your territory if you're under attack.
Are you okay on culture? Do you need to change your slider at all? What if we starved your cap and ran all artists in order to get an extra artist out of your city? Could we go earlier than 14T if you had 7 Artists? Possibly if my GP pops as a non artist I can move him into your area and pop a GA which will give you another 100% to GPP as well. Basically what is holding us to 14t and what can we do to speed it up? Which country needs the 14 turns to get enough culture? If its you and we can go earlier with an extra GA then you could actually possibly even turn off the culture slider.

13T is the practical upper limit for our win since I will need that many turns to pop my last artist unless we go into starvation. We can go faster but I think we will basically be limited by our net GPT so unless we run more wealth its going to be tough to reduce turns.
Maybe they don't know?
