if we were just going to do reverse of turn order starts the "position draft" portion of the snake pick, why'd we have to re-roll the turn order?

Anyway - 2nd pick looks good to me.

To break the consensus:

I don't think the drop between Inca and the fifth civ is as great as the drop between Pacal and the fourth leader. I'm not nearly as high on Inca as you guys are.
