Finishing mining this turn. I set the worker farming the floodplain after we pastured the cows, mostly because there wasn't really anything else to do and this capital doesn't have much of a food bonus. I thought briefly about moving to the hill this turn to mine it in anticipation of mining - but with with only 4 food tile in the BFC, I decided getting another one online ASAP should be a bigger priority.

TEAM's scout is skirting west of the capital. We should be able to make peace with them next turn. I poked around with our Quechua to the south, and am now bringing him back. Our scout is completing his loop close to the capital and is about to turn back south. There is a potentially amazing city south of us picking up corn, and TWO grassland deer - though I think that's actually too much food for one city. About to the point where we need to start coming up with a prospective dotmap.

End Turn.

What about 1NE of the Corn? Has Corn and Deer (once Barbados pops third ring borders), another Deer down south, and tons and tons of riverside grassland tiles.

Yeah that would be good. It picks up corn immediately, and the capital will add one dear, so it will be very productive without any border pops. Long term we might consider moving our capital there because of all the cottage potential.

I kind of assumed that was the location Dave meant? That's the only tile the can pick up the two deer. The only minor downside is that it only has one hill tile. So maybe a little low on the production front. Amazing site food and commerce wise.

I like 1NE of the corn. We can put in additional sattelite cities to borrow those deer and plant additional cottages along that river.

The other option I mentioned was that Wheat/Ivory city up north, if we wanted production.

What did we decide to build after the Quechua?

Settler? I'm really not sure but that's what the eyeball test says to me

I feel like we should be communicating more. Very little chat in 4 days in a democracy game with 10+ players on our team. Could the turnplayers at least do a little more reporting? :/. We probably could do with more active sandboxing too.
Please don't go. The drones need you. They look up to you.

Current plan says Grow to Size 4 -> Whip Settler. Alternate plan is just slow-build a Settler at Size 2.
