So are we going to stay at war with Gilette indefinitely? Have we been sending out peace feelers? Have we even considered doing so?

From a serious, business-like point of view, going GROWL on them seems to be costing us more than we gained by killing their scout. It seems like they have already jumped in bed with Pirates, and with with the Trolls likely going to be permanent-haters, this will force us to actually talk to Lord Parkin And His Horny Elephants, or get diplomatically encircled. Personally, I would prefer the latter.

However, if we allow cooler heads to prevail and politely say sorry to them (TEAM-style) for killing their scout and suck up to them (for a bit), we would have the possibility of forming a three-way alliance with them and the Pirates. Which would offer some protection from the raging trolls, and put us in a much better overall position.

Since I already know at least some of their members, and since I'm new to the team, it may help our cause if I initiate some diplomacy with them. Only if you guys are down for that, of course.
