This game is still young and even if it wasn't: After lurking the developments during the first couple of thousand years in PBEM46, I'm sure that Hydra is completely aware that anything is possible in these games. Also, my general opinion is that people often concede way before the game is really decided.

And oh, I must have missed that, did somebody finish the HG?
