Well the first turn is 48 hours, right? We could potentially start tomorrow and still leave wetbandit plenty of time to play. But I agree that we're in no real rush here.
Heyas, yep I can confirm I won’t be playing.
Sent a PM to one of the lurkers here briefly explaining why and asking to pass on a handover note but figure it’s best to man up and try to ‘bow out gracefully’ :irony: Think I basically did get overinvested in the setup of this game and had trouble handling late-stage setup changes &etc which I felt were different from the spirit of the game. I’d sunk so much time into trawling posts and updating the OP, trying to make sure everyone felt it was fair and lost sight of the fact that it wouldn’t matter much when the game started, and that actually, is where the real fun starts. Bit more to it than that but nothing really important. Brick – mate sorry for being an arsehole. Anyways couple of other things. If it’s possible to change thread owner (this thread) so someone can do the final couple of tweaks when the game gets rolling then that’s awesome. I’m going to chuck in a quick handover note to the spoiler thread I made up & then whoever steps in can take whatever they want from it and probably create their own (or change owners, whatever). Probably not a big deal anyway, all we had were our starting shots after all! FTR I never read any threads on this subforum expect this one, and my own. Anyways – hope you have a lark and I’ll probably dunce myself for a couple of months just lurking PB8 and 9. Reckon it’ll actually be a fantastic game and intro to MP PB. Massive props to Commodore for his time taken to support the game as mapmaker. No hard feelings huh?
No hard feelings man, we all have had those days. The only thing that matters here is that you learn from your mistakes. It's generally "okay" to make mistakes as long u learn from them.

*shrug* I wouldn't think it's a huge deal, unless the players do.
