I think we had a great spy being born some time ago - yeah, Apolyton got a GSpy in T141.
I agree that I'm not too concerned about tech steals in and of themselves, but on the other hand I think we should make it clear that we don't like it. It's also pretty clear they planned it quite well. Infiltrate with the Great Spy, then using a taoist missionary to spread Taoism in Weil der Stadt, and then steal the techs (well, I think they stole Engineering before spreading taoism, so they might have done a Scooter).

There is no harm to them using their EPs to steal tech. I would congratulate them on their successful missions but show the iron fist inside of the glove re other espionage missions.
I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

Erebus in the Balance - a FFH Modmod based around balancing and polishing FFH for streamlined competitive play.
To continue with the doings of other teams, it's clear that Univers picked up Liberalism this turn, since APTmod shows they've revolted to Free Religion. Not sure why they've done that - the OR bonus is arguably much more useful, but I imagine they need the beakers.
Do note that they are in a golden age - they started it on T155. Not sure why they didn't pick up Free Speech at the same time - the +2 from town can be quite powerful, and it's cheaper than Bureaucracy. Probably a net loss in the beginning, but Free Speech scales much better.
