[SPOILERS] mostly_harmless plays PB13

Krillingen will bring in the Horses with the newly whipped library. So I can finally start exploring.
The new city of Eridu is earmarked for running Great Persons with the abundance of food available. Worker in Eridu will start farming next turn. Workboat for fish is queued up in Krillingen.
Overdid it with the whip in Uruk, I admit. Will get a settler out of there in 4 turns. But where to settle next?
Any suggestions?

Game mechanics question:

Since I have been one of the first to Alphabet it seems, every Civ that roughly knows where I am requests Open Borders.
However, since my scout died early on, I actually know very little of the world and only see Mackoti's and Old Harry's borders and only see a couple of Mackotis cities.

If I grant Open Border to say Scooter, which I have no clue where he is located, but who visited me with a galley, will I get international trade routes with him? Or he only with me, since he has a clear path/route, whereas I cannot see a clear route?

I'm pretty sure he'd get trade routes with you and you wouldn't get them with him until you defogged a route to one of his cities (one that is connected to his trade network).

Yuris/Mackoti declared war on me. Taking two cities. Should have seen that coming, but I thought they already secured most of the south of our continent and would be content to develop that first. Ah well, Horse Archers and Chariots. Will whip a few Archers next turn and try to hold out as long as possible.
But quite frankly, I would not mind if they push the attack and take me out.
After all the bad blood in ISDG, I am pretty burned out with Civ and RB at the moment.

So Yuris/mack have "claimed" the second half with their DoW last turn (T199).
Suttree, last to play on T99, immediately DoWed me beginning T100, but did not end turn.

I assume I now play after Suttree and before Yuris/Mack?
