Turn 110
Was very confused by your instructions since I was looking at your eastern Dyes spot which also has a "c" next to it - but no Settler and no enemy Chariot. Eventually realised you must be talking about the western spot.
Founded the city and upgraded the Warrior to a Spear.
The instruction to move the Sword+Axe+Spear trio 1SW-1W made no sense because that tile had no road. Figured you must have meant 1SW-1NW instead, so moved there.
Four cities came up for builds. Set an Archer in Password, a Lighthouse in ThePriceisRight, a Lighthouse in 10000 Pyramid, and a Barracks in the Castle city (full name blocked by resource bubble).
Rearranged a tile at the capital so that 10000 Pyramid could work its Copper.
Workers moved as seemed logical. Not sure if you want to send one to the new city ASAP - figured it was a bit dangerous with the enemy units around that area though.

Thanks LP. I apologize for the lack of clarity. I'm sure your discretion will be fine and yes, the workers towards the new city was probably and move in light of the possibly hostile units present. Also with respect to the road network around numberwang, that is just fine.
Thanks very much.

Hmm, was looking for the promised instructions and didn't see them. Guess you got busy. Will just wing it then.

Okay, not exactly sure what's been going on here - but basically you're surrounded by former enemies and most of your army is hanging out on the extreme east of your territory, where it can't help against a surprise strike from pretty much anywhere. There's also a Settler hanging out with no apparent purpose. No clue on intended tech path after COL either.
Moved Settler east, army west, defended Workers against BGN's roaming Chariots. Switched a few tiles. Tentatively lined up Civil Service after the turn flip.

Ok, plan for mass whips for forges in the newly unhappy cities (Price is Right, Numberwang). After whips, focus on military. Turning the island into an armed camp. Need to build some military in the west to handle Xenu, have Password and 10000 Pyramids continue building forces for the west.
Army location was in east to probe Nakor/Mackoti and BGN relative strength. Moving small force towards PressYourLuck to stage attack on island city Q took from me ages ago. There are 2 galleys in the area to accomplish this. Please drop a Sword, Cat, and 2 axes first with the chariot/sword pair for reinforcements. Leave remaining forces in and around BGN border.
Wandering settler has no home. Fortify him in Numberwang.
Set tech on CS, but save gold for the meantime.

Okay, let me know if you want anything else changed.
Leaving 2 Axes in ThePriceIsRight since taking them out of there seemed like an open invitation to razing, even though this way takes 2 turns longer to get to the island.

I've landed a force on Q's island. Bombard with the cat. Land the other troops on the galley and continue with military builds throughout the empire.
The capital could use a whip. Family Feud needs to switch to a culture building pronto for a whip. Micro worker guards around Nakor/BGN border to an axe/spear can't get demolished by their counter unit.
Thanks.

GermanJoey asked for open borders, I declined. You can reoffer next turn if that's what you want.
Landed the troops, bombarded.
Whipped the capital.
Started a barracks in FF.
Loaded a sword and a cat into the galley at PressYourLuck (I think that's the name of the city).
Hope I didn't mess anything up.

Dear helpful PYFT squad member:
Begin shuttling healthy troops back to the mainland from the newly-conquered Thessalonica.
Whip as appropriate.
Workers are generally congregating towards the NE, however, there is a dry rice NE of the capital which needs irrigation love.
Thanks again for help. It's disappointing that I'm able to load PB20 but not PB18.
