Could the first 4k be a barrack build and a pop increase ? Remember that he's agg so cheap barracks for culture can be a good way of getting the copper. Or it's the wheel and the last 4k is a barrack build in his second city with a warrior build in the cap (consistent with the 1k growth just before that).

Can't be with a pop increase as that would have given a score increase too. He had a score increase and pop increase the turn before. And barracks plus warrior is 5k not 4k (make sure you read the bts values and not the vanilla/warlords ones) maybe we should overflow into a warrior now and 1 turn chop the workboat... It would give us pop to play with to slave an archer if needed.
We could still 1 turn the workboat with a chop.
But do you think we should flow into a warrior? I think we should cover ourselves more actually. Then rather than getting a fourth worker there we could slave an archer to help with defence of the new city site sooner if needed? The workboat would not be slowed
Yeah that would be fine. You were the one who changed the warrior into a WB build so if you think a warrior is safer I won't mind
 What I'm afraid of is that if GJ suddenly starts pumping out units we won't be able to match his flow due to the distance between our cities, so I really want to get units in there from the start. If we lose hindu to a coin flip I suggest rushing GJ as we then won't be able to win a war of attrition.

Cool I can't back in now for a while, could you change to a warrior? Don't forget to change back to the sugar tile off the forest. Going full circle! If I had remembered to look at the solider count I probably would have kept the warrior there. Good call.
Even though we would not be able to match his unit output, until cats we would be pretty safe with that city if we manage to found it. With those islands there I reckon we could do ok in an Eco drive... Let's wait to see what happens next turn... How awesome would a spread to that new city be?
