So did I. That's why we were both voting for him!

And yeah, I'd been pushing his case cause he kept ignoring alternative theories and turning contradictions to fit his narrative. It was never "Oh, I see you're right and I'm wrong, maybe I should rethink my premise." It was always "Oh, you caught me in a contradiction. Well, here's how it still means we should do what I want." I didn't think he had just that bad a case of tunnel vision, I thought he was stuck in a corner, knew he was the last scum, and desperate to mislynch to save himself.
