I forgot to show my demos last turn. I'm 6th in food and growing but like 9th in production and 14th in GNP (at 0% research). Also something like 9th in soldiers. I'm still usin suboptimal tiles here and there (an odd grassland forest, and too many coasts) which explains the difference between food output and actually useful output. Plus my city in Tsargon territory is using fish, riverside corn and GH pigs for +12 food and only 4 commerce 2 hammers from tiles at size 3
Edit : Sorry for not updating very well, it's kind of boring talking to myself even if I assume some lurkers read this

I made an important decision this morning in my analytic functions class : I'm going to attack boak. Molach will probably be dead by the time the peace treaty ends, so I might as well join Gav against China while I have knights and Boak is behind technologically. It will take a while to move the troops over there because engineering won't come for at least 4t but I think it's worth it

I'm currently doing my master in mathematics. But this year is basically preparing for the national exam to become a high school math teacher. It's mostly stuff that I've already seen before, I just need to know it really well. For example I had a course in analytic functions 2 years ago so this morning was a rehash and I quite liked that subject so I remembered most of it, else I wouldn't have been thinking about civ.
Little add on to why I decided to attack Boak : with two kind-of-friendly neighbors (Gav and Ichabod) and two people I only kind-of border (Barteq and Dtay) it leaves me the opportunity to attack the only other guy I border.
Next turn I'm moving the troops to the SE and sending Gav a message to tell him I'm coming (so he doesn't peace out before I attack).

It's always hard to know what you can talk about.
But I do have one question: what are your war aims against boak? Adjust the border, capture a province, kill?

I fully agree, I was just noticing that I got bored talking to myself. Even though my brain knew some people were reading my heart wasn't really into it.
My war aims against boak are flexible. It will depend on whether Gav throws everything he has against him as well, and if boak can get something better than CKN to defend against my knights. If the answers to these questions are respectively yes and no then I want to wipe him out, sharing the spoils with Gav. If it's no and no it will depend on what happens on the battlefield, because boak could possibly defend himself, so I could end up just taking a few cities and stopping there. If it's yes and yes it will be a slow conquest of boak unless I screw up big time and I lose a major battle, in which case I'll try to make peace for a border city or two. And finally if it's no and yes I'll be happy if I can keep the border city.
So I'm going for full annihilation unless I don't. I hope that was useful.

Good luck!! As the only neighbor of mine who didn't actually attack me first, I am rooting for you!
