[SPOILERS] Charriu and Zalson are fighting the honorable post count war!

Like I already said, Superdeath also declared war on me, which also put me into an uncomfortubale three-turn-split with him and Elkad.

Interesting to see that his army mainly consists of mounted units. Unfortunately my spearmen are no match for his knights. I switched tech to Construction -> Engineering, but I doubt I will get it in time.

Interesting Elkad's border with Magic is only lightly defended and Magic must know about that. Come on guys this is the time for a backstab. backstab

You know what they say: Three times a charm. Once again I was able to scare Coeurva/Elkad away from attacking one of my cities. And the great thing about this, it also protects Sandworm. With this border secured I'm now focussing my efforts towards the north.

And Shallow also joined the war against me. I don't blame him, that's the absolute right move at this point and the perfect timing, while all my military is bound on the west and north side of the front. He will take Iron Claw and Karlabos without any problem.

Elkad is making a move towards Sandworm and Wing Raptor. I expect that he will see Sandworm first and will do a little detour for it, which might buy me some time for Wing Raptor. I will try to make my last stands in Exdeath and Liquid Flame. Exdeath because it's the capitol and Liquid Flame, because I already have a big army there and with moai and enough water tiles it will be able to keep up production during a siege. I just hope that I can keep Wing Raptor long enough for the better promoted units and because it's the holy city.

Superdeath did not advance this turn, which might be a mistake. He has the advantage of speed and should look to take more cities off of me quickly, before the others do.

I also stopped updating my cities section in the spreadsheet, if you don't mind. I don't see anymore useful information in that area for anybody. From here on it's only whipping, whipping and then some whipping. whip

Hey, my archer actually won against one of Shallow's knight's good job. Oh and the units you see are stationed in Liquid Flame.

Elkad's army is heading for Sandworm. Also note the originally named town of Oasis.

Superdeath made a move for Galura. I opted to stay put with my 2 axeman, 2 spearmen and 3 CKN. Only 2 CKN don't have the full fortification bonus. This won't prevent Superdeath from taking Galura, but it will hopefully hurt his army. Elkad also planted a city near Superdeath army, they really do trust each other.

Shallow took Iron Claw, no wonder there. He will also take Karlabos with ease.

The big question remains who will take what. I predict the following:

Exdeath: Shallow
Wing Raptor: Elkad, maybe he even razes it because it's far off his other cities.
Karlabos: Shallow
Siren: Superdeath
Magissa: Shallow
Forza: Already razed, but Elkad planted new cities
Galura: Superdeath
Liquid Flame: My last stronghold
Iron Claw: Shallow already took it
Byblos: Superdeath already took it
Sandworm: Razed

My reasoning for the predicitions is the following.

Elkad: Has a great army, but is only moving slowly with his 1 movers. He also has the problem with my main army in Liquid Flame. Because of his mobility he will be to late for my capitol. Another big disadvantage is that he does not have a map of my empire, if he has he may go for Wing Raptor first before Sandworm.

Superdeath: Has a fast moving army of only mounted units and knows the terrain. But he lacks siege (currently teching construction) and I'm slowing him down in Galura. He was also strangely timid last turn.

Shallow: Great army, has siege, has the map of my empire and is the only player with sea access. The fact that he joined the war last also sped up his progress. For the future of his empire it will be important for him to deny the other two players access to the southern sea. Superdeath and Elkad will have to invest into Astronomy and naval forces eventually. If Shallow controlls all the access points to the southern sea, he can focus all his production into land units.

Along those lines: what two mover stacks do we have? Because a revenge raze of some lightly defended cities would be nice.

I don't blame him. Hrhad vision on the two attacks on me and saw that I will go down. And to be honest I would rather see my cities in the hand of a long-time ally then in my enemies.

I wouldn't call it a stack. It's one damaged chariot in Magic's territory and the other is my healer general. I never got accesd to better two-movers and therefore did bother producing outdated units.

Ha take that Superdeath. My 3 CKN, 2 spearmen and 2 axemen were able to kill 5 knights and 1 chariot. Nonetheless Galura fell, which is no surprise.

Oh and Shallow declared war on RFS, too. Like I said he wants to control the southern sea.

Every single knight from Superdeath is hurt after the fight for Galura. The 2 undamaged knights are new. He might take a turn or two to heal, before moving on. So I successfully slowed him down.

Slowing down Superdeath opened the chance for Shallow to take Siren, which I abandoned except for one archer. I concentrate all of my units in Exdeath for better defense. If Shallow moves towards Siren with some knights this turn, he will be able to take it next turn, which will be a huge blow to Superdeath and cuts him of the south sea.

Back on the western front Elkad moved in to take out Sandwor, just as expected. This may give Wing Raptor 2 more turns of unit production. The big question is will he raze Sandworm or keep it as his first sea port in the south, afterall it will be fully sorounded by my culture after capture. If he takes it I'm thinking about moving out from Liquid Flame to retake and raze it myself. devil

Graphs and Cities:

I expect Shallow to be the leading player after his conquests here.

At least the war hasn't hurt my GNP so badly.

Here you can clearly see where most of my economy was.

Did I mention that Shallow will be the leading player after this?

As you can see nobody so far had to fight my real armies. Will be interesting to see how much the fight for Galura hurt Superdeath.

Cities:

The race for my capitol has begun and Shallow will be the first to arrive here.

It hurts to see Wing Raptor in such a bad state, but then again there's no way to defend it. Not with 3 armies racing towards Exdeath.

Same as Wing Raptor, but hurts a bit less.

Mh, should I rename it to St. Helena?

I expect that people will focus on my capitol, so Liquid Flame might be my last city. Maybe it even gains tiles, when Shallow defeats RFS.

Take a good look at Sandworm. Soon it will be only dust in the wind.
