Ilios finished HRE's turn before he left. He mentioned he had a sub lined up though so hopefully we won't have to pause again.

Mali missed its half-turn window. The game was unpaused at an inconvenient time, but these things happen sometimes.

Mali is not in favour of a reload.

Mali has declared war on Rome and claims the first half of the turn. In order to avoid double moves, Mali proposes that it will (1) not move any military units next turn (T156), and (2) it will not move any units (including workers) in the Roman/Mali theatre next turn.

This has also been sent to Rome by email.
