Good start. I think we should move the quechua 1W on the hill, then found in place.

My thought is: work rice, build a warrior. MM warrior to finish on T9, then start on worker that will take 10 turns.

Sounds like as good a plan as any.
We need those Quecha's! Want to rush someone to create more room if possible.
What research do we pick first?

I think the research should be Mining-BW, but those sheep suggest AH. We'll need BW though to chop more workers/settlers! I'd like to hear other suggestions however.

Also, I noticed after posting that there appears to be a forested plains hill 2N1W of the settler. That would allow a 12-turn worker if we move settler 1N and settle there. I would suggest however still going for quechua-worker and settle in place unless the quechua on the hill reveals something more. This way we'll get a quechua on T9 and a worker on T19.

I would be prudent with rushing smile Quechuas are nothing more than aggressive warriors at the moment, and I doubt many people will go worker first and leave their capital undefended.

Ya I think Quecha 1W, found in place unless something revealing. Tech Mining. I don't know costs on Emperor for tech. On Monarch Mining would be in 7 turns and BW probably around T20. So we could probably farm the rice, then mine the grass/hill then do the sheep and then chop a worker and then double whip a settler at size 4. I'd definitely look for an opportunity to rush if the chance came but we'll have to weigh each interaction on a case by case basis as they come.

The above is assuming we go mining, bw, ah by the way! I'd definitely go mining first and reevaluate from there unless we can confirm costs and what not and get a more concrete plan in advance.

Thanks for the screen shot by the way!!!

I logged into the game and set a password which I sent to Jowy and Nakor.

I have a pretty good name for our capital assuming we go with the food theme: JANK Food.

I think mining is 8 turns and BW something like 16 turns. I think the worker should farm the rice then chop a second worker, but there's still time for this. Until then the immediate plan which I will probably execute tomorrow morning EST is:

* Move quechua 1W

* Settle in place, work rice 3F1C

* Set research to mining

* Start a quechua

Any of us can play the turn following the above plan, or if there are other suggestions, please state them first before playing.

Thanks,
Kalin

Kalin's logged in and moved the Quecha 1W, revealing a whole lot of nothing. A screenshot was sent to everybody. He mentioned the possibility of settling 1N in a brief chat with me. Does anybody have another opinion? It looks like we're losing a lot of plains tiles only to gain some, however there's an extra grass hill. That's my best guess from tile bleeding.

Checking in!

If we're gonna go with the food theme, let's call our team the "Mexican Apple Thieves". K? Yeah Inca wasn't EXACTLY in Mexico, but close enough! Anyways, to business. I'd settle 1 north just by my intuition, but from what we see atm there's no significant difference. Do as you please.

Now some blending observations! Do take these with a grain of salt though. 2E of settler is a jungle tile. Tiles to the north behind those forests are all plains. East has grasslands. 2E 2S might be a forested tundra hill.
