Hey y'all, this is new member BRickAstley reporting in.
I've been reading through the number of PBEM games on here, and I've decided that I'd like to stop being just a spectator and see if I can start up a game so some other Greens and I can get some playtime in as well.
I don't really have any sort of specifics in mind as to what kind of game type/settings yet, I'm just trying to see if there's any interest before I worry about that.

Also, I suppose it wouldn't have to be a Greens game if there isn't as much desire from newer people, or some of the more established members wanna play, but I'll just say since I haven't played that much competitively before that I might not be much of a challenge to better players.
Although, I am playing through a duel with Commodore at the moment (know each other through real life), and I'm either barely losing or barely winning, so there's that. :duel:

A duel with you as Willie of India and me as Charlie of Sumer. Don't scare 'em off too much.

Shhhh, you weren't supposed to mention that you gave me a bit of a handicap.
You do have a point though. Don't worry perspective future join-in-ers, I'm not quite at the caliber of play yet by any stretch of the imagination.

I'd love to join, but I just signed up for the tournament so I think I need to lay low on new games for a little while. I hope you will manage to attract enough players for a game. From experience, 4 players is a really nice number for decent turn pace.
EDIT: Actually, I might go for it if it remains a Greens game. I'd play it somewhat leisurely and not report much, but I'd be up for that. I'd be happy with a turn pace of 1t/day.

Yeah, 4 would definitely be an ideal number, though if this happens to get enough interest I think 5 would be cool too.

That would be great, I don't anticipate it going any faster than one turn a day, and I promise I won't hold any grudge against you for not reporting very much I plan to do a fair bit of reporting myself, cause I do like to write, but no one else has to do so.

I'm in PBEM XIX (for newbs) atm. but it doesn't take nearly enough of my time. So I'd be happy to join.

Somehow this doesn't sound very appealing. =(

What part of it, the 1 turn per day pace?
