Here's the map we're looking at for our eccentric little swarm:

In turn order, we have TEAM Willie of Sumer:

Team Mangy-Troy as HC of Khmer:

Team Beardless as Pacal of...Vikings?

Team Pie-Rat as Bismark? of Inca:

Team Troll as Mansa? of India:

For IC trade routes we have these little island over-coast, five of them:

Four over-ocean small islands:

And the second continent, also post-astro:

Looks like a predictably Commodore map. Very solid balance, with interesting choices, including water. Yup, I mean that single tile Iron island. The greatest variance between starts is Ivory and Sugar, vs Wine and Spices, which is still broadly balanced.

Slightly concerned about the Stone placement. I appreciate Stone (and the central Marble) are inherently contested, but TEAM's (Willem of Sumeria) Stone looks much closer to their start than Team Troll's (India), whose Stone is clearly the other side of both their border mountain ranges.

You didn't do any of the tweaks I mentioned on chat last time round, did you? Mind if I make those fixes?

It's pretty cool, though the actual map is a little awkward with the main continent in the corners.

We're probably both happy with it at this point. Anyone sees problems we missed?

I just noticed that HC of Khmer has a double-food, plains hill start after moving settler. Is that intended?

If anyone wants to update the map linked above, just open it up, delete Inca's warrior, replace it with a quecha, and they're golden.
