Nm going on, I'm growing my cities. Numbers looking better every turn. Except power, we are at 0.5 of Civac's.
I'm playing risky. I'm relying on Commodore and SD wanting to take revenge on their other neighbors.
Speaking of risky, I'm considering a detour to Music. Other goals (Engineering or Banking) are way more expensive. So it'd make sense to knock it out now and grab the GP.
I could also use theaters for Amicalola border cities and building culture for new cities. The great artist has many possible uses.

Should someone tell him you can stack workers?

Hey look, it's another city plant!
It's named after this demon's NP. I hope SD doesn't mind too much!
I opted 1S of the original spot. Sharing the deer is too good to pass up. Rikudou is a bit small after whipping a worker, so it doesn't need the tile right now.
SD never built any culture or chopped the forests, so he doesn't seem too interested in the island apart from grabbing the copper.
Three more city spots left. Two on this island, then one on the fur island. I have a settler on the way to the fur island.
Although there are these small islands. If SD is entangled in war with Lewwyn, maybe I can settle them.

Seems like team Lewwyn was playing last "just in case" so they get advantage if they get declared on. Then on this turn both him and SD were trying to play last.
Pretty annoying, but not too surprising, that the drama team is playing clock games. I'll keep my opinion here even though lurkers would probably love the

I'm so tempted to shit talk Team Powergamers in the IT thread, but I'll refrain for now. The decision might make them quit the game so I don't want the blame for that.

You, uh, already seem to be prodding them pretty hard for a reaction.

Not really. Bringing up the Etiquette is necessary because I don't want more of these disputes that freeze the game and force lurkers to be arbiters.
Best would be if everyone could just be chill.

Comfortable at #4 in most demos. Civac might be the civ to beat, between MoM chains to come and taking advantage of AT's war with Gavagai.
We need to push push push for eco advantages even if lowest in power. We have relatively safe neighbors. SD and Amicalola are now in war with Lewwyn.
Commodore has a lot of spears and archers on the Gavagai front, so I think he's expecting to get attacked and is busy with that.
Here's Civac's stack rolling in. AT will lose at least the first city, but that's not an overwhelming force. Yet. I don't think Civac is stopping production.

I want to apologize to the lurkers for rising tensions by being snappy at Team Lewwyn in the IT thread.
I think they deserve it for acting like they do, but the forum as a whole should not be made more toxic, so I will stop interacting with them.
I've also chosen not to play with them in the future, as entertaining as it might be to transfer that energy to in-game.
I think the best solution is to split the players who want to follow the "Pitboss Etiquette" or just common sense in general, and those who require a lawyer to write a rule book. These two groups are inherently incompatible.
On a lighter note, remember when I said not to get into FGO? Well, I started watching the FGO Babylonia anime that is based on the game, and it's actually pretty good:
If you are a weeb and also like Mesopotamian culture, give it a shot!
