Word has been brought to Aleph Abba that the evil forces of the Incan peoples serving the false Imperialist Emperor Lewwyn the Expansive has pillaged a vital trade route in the north, throwing a city into complete and utter disarray.

In an extra ironic blow, the one Mercantile citizen was unable to change his profession, due to the unrest in the city (I'm not kidding: if the Merc Engineer could have become an Artist, I'd have popped the border this turn, instead of next. But I literally could not change the Merc spec to an artist, because the game looks for regular citizens first).

Since it will take at least 3 more turns to repair the road, that's 4t of a busted city at a cost of something like 60f and significant commerce and cottage growth. I demand 200g as compensation.

Is this a joke or serious? Always Peace doesn't mean you can't pillage neutral roads.

Granted, AP doesn't prevent this. I'm throwing it up to the peanut gallery (and scooter/Nakor) as to whether or not anything should be done about it, but 200g is what value I'd put on the turns lost on getting that road repaired.

As you asked for the peanut gallery: If AP allows this then I think it is fair game and no compensation is required.
