Left some instructions. I'm going to try to connect using my phone as a hot spot, but historically have gotten jack for connection up there. I'll post if I can connect or not tomorrow night (about 18hrs from now).
Next turn your going to have to fiddle with tiles only a little. Capital can take the lake while Advanced wars takes river cottage. Don't worry about messing up though. Anno is technically lacking a good tile to work next turn, but meh.
In other news it looks like Elkad figured out the whip button..... His island city was at size 10 and now is at size 6. Just going to chuck this out there, but maybe should have started whipping a tiny bit sooner. I mean obviously Mig and Rusten are probably playing a superb game but definitely some things have broken their way:
1) Even from the little I see they have a lovely river that Gira and I could only dream of. And are farming part of it!!, which I guess makes sense with pyramids and spiritual, but still hurts my soul.
2) Despite having the most obvious timing attack in the world no one tried to interfere with them early (see my "who's the beat down" post from earlier).
3) Despite switching to police state and having most obvioius timing attack as mentioned somehow caught Gira unawares and ran over in no time flat
4) Vanrober continues to just chill. Nauf should have been dead within 10 turns of Van killing Scooter. Ya his graphs look ok now, but it is super important to get cities up and running asap and he is going to be super behind Mig. Those Nauf cities / fill cities could now be contributing to conquering Ruff OR threatening Migs seaboard.
5) Elkad totally could have whipped a navy out of that 1 city to delay if he had started when it became clear he wasn't going to hold mainland. This is minor; therefore the space. I mainly included this one in as if he delayed long enough I wanted it!! Also, obviously could have been whipping it heavily pre mainland falling to help in that effort.
I'll go over my own failings when I get back, but there a couple pretty blatant ones.

It looks like I will be able to play via hotspot from phone. Thankfully connection seems better up here than in the past and civ4 multiplayer doesn't take much data. Thanks for being willing.

T150 report
We are still playing this game? Anyways, lot of random updates / comments below as I haven't been / shrug.
And yet I spend way way way too much time trying to micro tiles for my growing cities to be efficient. Growing my cities for incoming golden age. When Spore grows in 4 turns I'm going to hire 2 more scientists to drop the turns down. Ignore tech, will actually be going for bureaucracy as that is what I had planned from seeing the start. Might as well while hanging out right? Probably start teching in 5 turns when advanced wars library finishes. No rush as I just want bureaucracy by time I hit golden age. Also, actually building windmills in Battlefield 1942. I rarely do (especially pre replaceable parts), but I gave its 2nd cow away to Spore to grow pop, so trying to keep pop growth going there. They will be ok during the golden age. I'll probably keep them?
Traded away my stone for 2 luxury resources from Ruff. I kind of want to start Maoi, but many of my cities still have 2 or 3 whip unhappy and would have been growing into it without. At least give me time for the unhappy to wear off / market to finish in capital.
I want to redo southern canal through Stronghold so I can cottage the other one, but not a priority as workers are barely keeping up with growth atm. I can do a northern canal too, which is kind of cool. I've thought about launching an attack on Elkad's city though, but I don't have spare troops and I saw Mig assault, so would also need a garrison force. It's too bad because there is a fishing village north of that Elkad never settled for some reason.
El Grillo power graph has been flat. I actually lost graphs on SD because organized /shrug. I think he has city vision on me. I did culturally flip the important diagonal hill near Stronghold. Between that tile and soon to be first town I'm actually building a library there finally even though it has 2 settled GG.
Anyways, waiting on Mig to apply pressure on my very long coast while I have to have stacks in both north and south. My numbers don't look horrible. I'm probably 4th overall right now, but any opportunity for advancement is long gone. I'll do mistake run down in a bit, but just to follow up my prior WTF Mig got lucky (yada yada also good; both helps)...... Cairo is folding as well......... He literally had 2 other peoples worth of time to prepare. I mean that wasn't much, because they also folded, but come on.
Questions let me know.

GOLDEN AGE!!!
Oh and I'm in a two front war I predicted. Majority of my army is in the south so SD can't actually invade without being shredded. I could easily defeat El Grillo's finally ballista elephants stack if I could swing north, but I would rather screw SD. For those who engage in diplo with SD he has sent me MULTIPLE messages of join war with El Grillo, joint war with Mig, multiple fish for fish deals. All within the last 2-4 turns. I originally started moving my stack north just to see what his moves would be. I sent back my 'you first messages'. Of course he was lying through his teeth which I'm glad I sniffed out this time. Hoping engineering will help me swing things, but I'm probably like 5 turns slow. I went for bureaucracy first instead, but I kept thinking the game would be over by now so just wanted to do the academy bureaucracy thing lol.

Superdeath is always complaining about his luck....... Now mind I sent way way too many war elephants in with 20% odds (5), but I didn't win a single battle under 50% against SD stack. Now mind decision to take those low odds fights I blame on it being 4am and I was holding a baby. Also, I had a little confusion because 2 of my catapults didn't inflict collateral despite him having 2 full strength units they could have hit. Anyways..... He won ALL of these...... Mind each crossbow loss is extremely important due to his stack composition. City shouldn't fall next turn, but maybe turn after /shrug. I'm mainly posting so SD can never claim he doesn't have good luck. Also to report a bug to Charriu.
Mjmd's Crossbowman (7.20) vs Superdeath's Knight (5.28)
Combat Odds: 88.0%
Superdeath's Knight has defeated Mjmd's Crossbowman!
Mjmd's Crossbowman (6.00) vs Superdeath's Catapult (5.00)
Combat Odds: 78.3%
Superdeath's Catapult has defeated Mjmd's Crossbowman!
Mjmd's Crossbowman (6.00) vs Superdeath's Catapult (5.00)
Combat Odds: 78.3%
Superdeath's Catapult has defeated Mjmd's Crossbowman!
Bug is that even though it has been multiple log ins that I have combat data from Jowy vs Gira fight in PB56 in my combat folder from when I was playing at the same time as Gira days ago. Also, there is one fight at the top of my ballista elephant killing a DeGaulle horse archer that I don't remember ever simming.
In other news El Grillo didn't move in up north for some reason..... Which is great as I am reinforcing with multiple pikes.

The Combat log is only reset when you start a new game, that's why you still have the other data in there. I have to look into the Jowy vs Gira log entry. That's most likely something I overlooked.
EDIT: But I am very happy that this is useful for somebody.

Thanks. I mean it is super rare to both have someone on at the same time and them to be fighting.
It was a lot more convenient. This is only the 2nd time I've shown battle odds in any of my games. I like when other people do it, but usually find it to be a pain.

So I think its finally time for my mistakes post. Maybe I'll post more if I get a big victory, but that seems unlikely. I figure mutual stack destruction is probably about the best I can hope for.
Lets skip past the part where I made a 1 second decision causing me to lose my 2nd city.......
I still had a chance this game I think (was was more than I had right to), but main mistake is of course the HG timed attack. Not that I made it, but that I choose the wrong target. El Grillo's Great Diamond I think did have to go, BUT BUT BUT I did not have to attack in the north. I should have taken advantage of a weak SD. Take Great Diamond, get peace, go conquer SD with whipped HA. I don't even think it would have been that hard. I instead continued the northern attack giving him time for SDs 4 new cities to contribute and to get engineering. I don't think that attack was doomed, but the 1 turn warning was huge. It clearly would have been better to go conquer SD earlier. Sure I weakened at the time the #1 player, but I made very few actual gains for myself. And that was with completely blindsiding him. It would have been much better to remove the thorn in my side and then go strengthen myself (the colossus alone would have solved a lot of my woes let alone all his river).
For the record I'm still unsure why El Grillo was so far away from SD and I and why my copper was pointed at SD / how the whole geographical issue got approved (I had other map complaints but those are the big ones). Mostly this map looks great though.

The position you have in the game is astonishing if you look back at the start of the game. This also shows that is very often wrong to just give up. You can work yourself back to a better position
