Ok new plan. I'm finishing an archer this turn in CommandoPygmies. My initial thought was to move this archer to the western front; move one less promoted archer there to DiplomatKobolds and the warrior in there back to CommandoPygmies. I don't think this is that important as I don't expect another war declaration from Mjmd after the peace right now. So instead I can start investigating with my chariot in CommandoPygmies in T85. Depending on Mjmds moves I will also move the other two chariots down south. They should arrive in CommandoPygmies in T87.
I will also try to settle orange first in T91.

T84 - T85:
Looks like Jowy is getting serious. There are at least 2 workers building a road and his axeman started fortifying on that orange hill spot. I'm seriously considering attacking his axe next turn (ca. 77% odds).
Oh and for all that are interested. AT send me a OB back, which I accepted

I went back in and declared war against Jowy. If it comes to a settler race later I do want the first turn. I also want to lock him into a turn order to prevent faster reinforcements
Now I did sign a fish for pig deal with him a few turns ago, but him obviously trying to pink dot me on the orange spot is a clear violation of the good nature of that deal. With the war dec that resource deal is did which may have served him more than me.
It's also worth mentioning that this spot is 6 tiles away from my cap and at least 12 from his. What is it with this game and people settling towards me. The war should send a clear message to him and maybe he will already give up on the plan to settle there.

It's all a bit cramped and nervy out there. You having fun?

Oh I'm still enjoying the game, it's just that this move by Jowy is really annoying and unnecessary from my perspective.

Jowy send me a peace offer, which is always a good sign. I'm also on top of him in power, which might have contributed to that offer. Needless to say I rejected. Just as back with Mjmd there can only be peace when I got the orange spot. Now what is the situation on the ground
Jowy moved his axe NE and my chariot is trailing him. I have to say I have hoped for this. It does mean that reinforcements aren't close by and together with the peace deal one might think he's giving up on this. My other two chariots are 1NW of my capital. Still a long way from actual action. Speaking of action, I have another border with Jowy.
No movement towards me from Jowy, great. But what is that there is an AT axe under my scout, which can take another promo and I don't see ATs Holkans. Mh could this mean... A quick look into the F4 screen revealed, yes AT declared war on Jowy, too. Awesome, I see the start of a great friendship here. Now we are in a three way split with Me->Jowy->AT
Now I'm not sure what ATs objectives here are. One might thinks he wants to capture the former barb city. Fine by me as long as it diverts Jowys attention. What is my other neighbor up?
Mjmd offered me a Fish for Clam deal, which I did not accept but send back, I think he should get the message here. More peace on this border is always welcome. Now he did move 1 axe and 2 spears towards the border. Just in case I whipped another archer in ExploringFauns and DiplomatKobolds finishs an axe soon. Don't worry those were all part of the micro plan and not any kind of emergency whips. Also good to see no further unit movements from him at FlyingBarbarian, that way my worker can finish his cottage next turn.
With the next turn my peace deal with Mjmd runs out, so lets have a look at our economic recovery over the last turns. I would say it went well and I'm back in the field with the other guys. I'm especially happy that GNP looks good especially because Mjmd and Jowy are both FIN.

Jowy is IIRC pretty aggressive and unpredictable. Perhaps think of him as the original Superdeath, but with a slightly stronger economic game. You'll definitely need to keep an eye on him.

My suspicion towards him started when I first saw his axe, but I did not notice the road work until a few turns ago.

Jowy moved his axeman further back. I know he wants to lure me to move my chariot near his axe so he can kill it. From this position I should also see his workers on the cow, if he still continues towards me. Oh and he send another peace offer this turn. Does only want to lure me into a 10 turn peace to settle his city or is he genuinely giving up on the pink dot. Now as long as he doesn't invalidate my orange dot, he can settle on his part of the isthmus where he wants.
For all that are interested Mjmds units haven't moved since the clam for fish deal, so that's a good sign? At least I could finish my cottage near FlyingBarbarian in peace.
Oh and I do Meditation before I attempt Currency. I do want to finish a monastery somewhere and start converting my cities to Judaism. I also like to have another cheap culture building for my western border.

And Jowy just settled this turn. I fear the worst meaning he settled where his axe is right now (the sign)
