I mean, it’s never been my experience that newbies get an easy introduction, it’s always jumping right in. My first game there were 321 posts in Day 1, so this just seems normal for the bigger games we run here.

Also, I think we've made the shift from opening fluff posts to actual arguments pretty fast, which is nice to see for coming back after so long. Not to argue that any of the arguments are particularly good. cool

Agree. The newbie chaos (accidental or otherwise) let people move quickly into "is someone over/underreacing" semi-substance. As opposed to the usual definitely over-reacting day 1.
