Civilizations I like. Before seeing my start of course.

China. Because it has Agriculture and Mining of course.
Egypt. Because it has Agriculture and the Wheel. It is the best civilization with those starting techs.
Carthage. If it is a Fishing Mining start I like Carthage better than Rome or England.
Mongolia. You can see the theme. I like horse units. If Hunting is needed Mongolia can be very strong. The Hunting and Mining civilizations are very bad.
Korea. If I want a Mysticism start for some reason then I will not be Creative so Maya is weaker.
Byzantium. This has bad techs but if I can afford it cataphracts are very good.

Also for Commodore.
Japan. Because I for some reason feel like handicapping myself?

Your game, but Byzantium should be in the same "handicap" location as Japan. Terrible starting techs are terrible.

Good catch. Glad you enjoy the analysis I would supply more but until we see starts and people begin to pick there is not much to do.

I guess I will also add Bismark to the list of possible leaders I like. Commodore does not like Industrious and I agree about Huayna Capac being over rated because he is slow but Bismark is fast and a very good one for Stonehenge without hurting his expansion race.
