Hey Donovan, I gather you haven't got that squared away yet?
No, sorry about that. The last week has been extremely busy but I'll have a bit more time on my hands for the next few months.
Can you or anyone post the instructions again, and for Steam? It's been a few years since I've had to do this on a new setup. Thanks in advance.

No worries, I'll play tomorrow morning (Gav went in before I got there and it's bed time). I think I did all the wrapper stuff with PB74 and haven't needed to update since. It looks like everything refers back to PB64 here: https://civ.zulan.net/pbspy/game/119/ but others may be able to give better / mor up to date guidance.

Thanks guys. So I tried this and am still bouncing off Dreylin.
Here's a look at the current Steam install for BTS after following the instructions. I've also created a btswrapper shortcut and updated the path to: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization IV Beyond the Sword\Beyond the Sword\BTS_Wrapper.exe" Civ4BeyondSword2015.exe mod= "CloseToHome_5.0.0" (I tried RB78 too but that's not the actual name of the mod I'm using to play.
Anyway, let me know where I've got it wrong. I didn't want to delete anything that was already defaulted to the folder.

CloseToHome_5.0.0 is correct, the old naming scheme got retired half a year ago.
Do you have a "vcruntime140.dll" in the file ? I think so, but I have to ask.
Otherwise, connecting to each other is not only a case of installing the Wrapper correctly, but there is something in the firewall you need to change and even then, we (civforum.de) had one player, where the problem was the internet provider.

Hey Xist, yes I do have that .dll file, and at first glance the firewall only shows toggles for BTS as a whole to turn on/off.

The firewall thing is not local at the computer, but a step further on the Router.
You need to open a few ports, this could block.
I know that is not 100% clear, because I didn't open the ports, and I was simultaneous online in a few PB.

Hey everyone,
I am snowed in and the power is out. This situation may last a few days.
I should still be able to play, but if something goes wrong I will need either a pause or someone to cover some turns. I can give instructions in my thread.
If something does go wrong, then I will let you know.

Stay warm!
I don’t have any issues with a pause if needed.
