Honestly, this on us both for not doing the little bit of correspondence of "hey let's maintain the turnsplit at peace". Expensive food poisoning in time and heartburn.  Accepting either lurker solution, or Scooter double-moving but not declaring t139 (so I declare in the back half). Or I guess declaring and offering white peace because honestly I don't think either one of us wants this war.
If only you and me and dead people know hex, then only deaf people know hex.

So are we shutting this thing down? TBS has definitely won in terms of geopolitics but in terms of raw civilization if you reverted everyone to AI I think that it would be equally likely for any of carthage, China, or the Ottomans to have won.
If only you and me and dead people know hex, then only deaf people know hex.
