I remember reading long ago (in the FAQ?) that you should dismiss soldiers that are panicked, or especially dominated, by psychic attacks. The writer's theory was that those soldiers would be an ongoing liability. But I think I read upthread that the psionic rating would improve with each attack?

Half way decent - about the level of a reasonable recruit

No Psi-amp so it was probably blown up in one of the many explosions

Don't forget to save room for 2 psilabs and the hiding field I don't think we can psi-train 14 people with 1 lab and we don't want Mutons and Snakemen coming down the elevator every month.
