that copper is your own "spoke"? or is that bleeding into shared land with the next player?

I have no idea if how safe the south is. The 2 tile paths to the North West and the South East appear to be the main connectors to each civ. The North East definitely isn't "safe", the canal with the fish ends just north of the gold.



I'm going to send my scout to the south, and investigate.

Fishing finished this turn, Warrior finished last turn, Stonehenge has 3 hammers put into it, hill forest will chop 13 hammers into a workboat next turn. I'll try and get a screenshot up for my scouts exploration to the south next turn. Strongly considered walking my warrior up to SianCat's capital last turn, but thought better of it since even if he went worker first he should've been able to put enough hammers into a warrior to stop me. And I'd rather build Henge in peace (for now).

with mirrored starts - what makes you think you will get Stonehenge faster than any other team?
What's your edge in that race? Just hoping no one else goes for it?

I'm the only Industrious Civ, and SianCat (Hatty) was the only other civ to start to Mysticism so I'd be shocked if they went after it.

The North


and The South


Red dot looks tantalizing for my 2nd city, granting Copper, a few hills and plenty of food for whipping. Green dot will probably come 3rd. I also like the look of blue dot to build a city a bit further down the track.

Workboat will be out next turn with a little micro. Worker has 2 turns left to complete the mine. Scout will continue exploring the south to hopefully discover that it's safe.


Everyone else either has improved food or is already size 2, and in a few cases both. Going to have to start working on that.

Work boat complete, found stone (1 tile island) and dry grassland wheat (across the canal) after moving my scout onto the bananas.

looking good so far! i was thinking bluedot 1S of the silver to pick up the (wet) corn and silver, but where you have it seals off that strip of land to Aqua.
