Good luck. I'm thoroughly spoiled, but will be cheering you on. Will be fascinated to see how this "diplo" thing works out. I've read some diplo games, but they are old - the meta and the players have moved on since then.
It may have looked easy, but that is because it was done correctly - Brian Moore

Im taking this pitboss as a very... "must redeem myself" sorta pitboss. As such ive even -gasp- made a sim!
t40 of sim 1
t41 of sim 2
Basically, Fishing first vs going straight for BW.
"Superdeath seems to have acquired a rep for aggression somehow. In this game that's going to help us because he's going to go to the negotiating table with twitchy eyes and slightly too wide a grin and terrify the neighbors into favorable border agreements, one-sided tech deals and staggered NAPs."

I've called CyMap().setRevealedPlots (TeamType eTeam, BOOL bNewValue, BOOL bTerrainOnly),
but this also hide the plots in the current view range. No good idea as above screenshot show. On the other hand… this might be a fun new starting condition.
Thinking NE-NE, touch the hill and then move roughly south towards the river?
