Is that character a variant? (I just love getting asked that in channel.) - Charis

[SPOILERS] naufragar earns no points

I've consistently said 90-100 tiles per person, per spec. Not allowed to be shocked, lad.

Oh for sure. I mentioned earlier how this was likely 11 players on a Small map. I am allowed to be sad about needing to take a long hard look at Stonehenge. cry

I've got one more turn before I have to come up with a plan. My scout has circled around Vanrober/GKC to my East. He's got nowhere to go but West into me and North. No one has founded a religion yet, but I expect that any day. The stone is near Miguelito/Rusten, who are gunning for the Pyramids, I'm sure. I've already mentioned how bad Police State Cataphracts would be. I'll probably be settling in some way for that second northern corn. I worry because I haven't scouted up there. It would be very easy to strand a seafood resource.

Mackoti made it work once, apparently.

If other players think this is weird, feel free to tell them I'm just copying Mack. wink

Really, I just ran out of time. I haven't thought about the game these past 18 turns, and on this 19th turn, I had two hours before the turn rolled. Two hours seems like a lot, but I didn't really have much time to work out any lines. I tentatively ran out work boat->worker->worker-> settler (with 2 chops)-> warrior, but I kind of hated it. I didn't have any time to look at growing the capital after the first worker. That might have been better. The joke line (work boat->worker->Stonehenge->settler (2-whipped) became the real one. It's not all bad. Stonehenge is nice. Capital's third ring borders expand at just the right time for a worker to start improving the corn, if I need to. Also, 2 whipping the settler makes use of the Imp bonus. I don't hate it. Really, I wish I had a faster opening, because there's a spot I want to use to pink dot the hell out of Vanrober. Don't know if I can. Speaking of Vanrober, my Imp/Cha/Keshik buddy, he hasn't met anyone else (or at least, anyone that I have) so all his EP goes to me. Annoyingly, I have to focus my EP on him because I absolutely cannot lose his graphs. Cairo and Miguelito have met me. They seem to be across the water. Ruff has met me and I have no idea where he is. That is scary. He axe rushed Superdeath once. Since I haven't had time for my own plans, I certainly haven't had time for Cloak and Dagger on my opponents. I've got the pictures, however, so maybe if the opportunity arises, I'll give it a stab.

Having built Stonehenge for Creative, next I need the Parthenon for Philosophical, then Pentagon for Aggressive, and then we can think about Cristo Redentor for Spiritual. wink

I've found myself with too many demands on my time to play and report one let alone two games well (which reminds me I need to update the more exciting PB88...). I'm sort of just bumbling through, which will no doubt end in disaster. Here's the empire currently (not a clean pic because I haven't been preparing reports):

You can see my second city on the left hand side of the pic (and I don't have a naming scheme. nono Need to get my head in the game). On the right hand side, you can sort of see how there's a contested middle ground between Scooter, Ruff, Vanrober, and me.

I forgot that I did take an interesting pic two turns ago. There is land near Rusten, across the water to my south:
