Is that character a variant? (I just love getting asked that in channel.) - Charis

[SPOILERS] Hashoosh goes for a Carribean (von Alder) Creutz

The only thing that would impact it that much would be Quick/Normal Speed

Edit: Nope I'm an Idiot

Just replicated, and I grew to size 3 in that sim to avoid the wasted worker turns.

Turn 0 - SIP, start worker, agriculture
Turn 3 - Borders popped
Turn 6 - Agri finished, start mining
Turn 8 - Woker 1 NE - Farm start. Grow on warrior
Turn 11 - Farm finishes
Turn 12 - Move worker 2W
Turn 13 - 1W and Farm
Turn 14 - Size 3 reached 2nd worker started
Turn 18 - Second worker finishes. Start settler
Turn 19 - BW and Slavery. Chops started 1NW 1SW of cap. Wheel Started
Turn 22 - Settler finishes.

So by Turn 22 we have a settler and 2 workers, wheel in 1t. We can't sim any more unless we ignore the 2nd city placement

Wild Guess on the map: Inland sea type set up, with strategic resources towards the ice edges and luxuries along the shore for an interesting balancing act.

Our it's island with ice in the middle and sea around the edge. Who knows lol

If we settle on that ivory, do we get a 3 hammer city tile or 2 hammer?

So just some quick and rough maths:

Settling on the ivory gives us a 2/3/1 tile. Moai costs 250h, x2 production with stone. We know where stone is, so we could conceivably get it in a quick enough fashion to build Moai.

3 forests in the BFC means 90 hammers (or 60 pre-maths). With stone that's 180 hammers out 250, 70 to go.

3 hammers a turn from the city tile means 24 turns of slowbuilding.

Plains tile 2E reduces that to 18 turns.

Of course, I just realized that we're playing on quick so that's all null duh

It looks like a hill to me

Hashoosh, one or two double whips will knock down that Moai eta to a reasonable date

Yeah it's a plains hill.

Do you mean double whipping things for overflow into Moai?

Related note: does overflow from trait/civic/resource bonus enhanced builds go in at the previous value or the new value after completion?
