No, I think even that is possible with Ramks PBmod additions. You would have to ask him for the reasons.

Game was paused ... couldn't see any reason for the pause ... so I unpaused.
I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

Anyways, the game gave an advice that you did not have the same files than me, but it let you connect.
Fwiw on civforum.de there are a few users who seem to have tried everything, together with Ramk, but still end up blocking everybody. They blame it on ISPs. So it's possible that gira is doing everything correctly and it still happens (but try correcting the port numbers to be sure).
