Why not exaggerate a little and say if they decide to attack we'll war with them until the end of the game and force them to draft themselves into oblivion.

This is a good point. I support #1 now.
Also agreed with pindicator - no way we roll that threat out at this point. It's not believable.

Meh, make them feel cocky increases the likely hood of them screwing up. Scooter's done a good job making this team look desperate for peace.

ED's ETA will go up after MM's pops, obviously. You can estimate it to pop two turns after MM.

Maybe I should phrase it as "2 great people in the next 15 turns" and just say they are both broad mixes. If they want percentages, we can give them to them I guess.

What Noble said. Leave the "on turn X & Y" in or say "soonish". Not liking the idea of providing them with the exact date we can boost our military production with a GA. Especially since the odds they might take the deal are rather slim.
I am also supporting version 1 over 2. Maybe change it to make clear that we are very well aware of the CFC threat as well. Civplayers and Apolyton might be slightly more inclined to cancel the attack if they don't think we will get totally surprised by cannons in the east at T175.

And yeah, let's not give them exact turns. Unless you want to say '20 turns' and then make them wait

Definitely think version 1 - have to be very careful of the psychology of talking about us as a runaway, even slightly as you mention that CFC would be the next runaway. Its one thing for them to perceive it, quite another for us to verify that we agree. Nobody can doubt we're winning, but the degree to which we're winning is definitely up for debate.
Also agree that I wouldn't give too much info on the GPs, just that they're mixed and we expect them both in ~15t. And lastly, I don't know what the team compositions are but I'm assuming poly still has enough people around that they'll need time for discussion so if you want a response from them you probably need to send it ASAP.
I've got some dirt on my shoulder, can you brush it off for me?

Agreed with Gaspar. Anyway, I think I should send V1 right now, with the "2 great people in the next 15 turns" rather than more specifics.
