We don't need to run 100% this turn. Of course if UCiv would give us another 500g this turn that would be good too.

How many turns would Rifling take? Does running 100% this turn make a difference on that? I think we can run 100% with univCiv gold for next 4 turns...They should have 500 gold accumulated and are generating 500 per turn...
