I'm generally easy on map trading, but in this case I could support a ban because discovery of the map seems to be an integral part of this scenario and getting a big chunk in one go (even if you have been diligently scouting) could be anticlimactic maybe?

"Superdeath seems to have acquired a rep for aggression somehow. ![[Image: noidea.gif]](https://www.realmsbeyond.net/forums/images/smilies/noidea.gif) In this game that's going to help us because he's going to go to the negotiating table with twitchy eyes and slightly too wide a grin and terrify the neighbors into favorable border agreements, one-sided tech deals and staggered NAPs."

Perfect. Don't forget to declare your third starting techs in your threads or by PM. I'm putting the finishing touches on things. Zulan will be away some this weekend, so we may not be able to launch until early next week, but I'll have to check back in with him to verify.

Scooter is right. It’s usually a bad idea to change the settings once the pick phase begins.
I say we just leave No Map Trading Off for this game. It’s not that big of a deal.
And Dreylin, Thrawn, what will be your availability to play over the coming days? Are we good to start soon now that the snakepick is over, or do we need to wait a while, or what?
EDIT: Ninja’d.

Tomorrow will be my last day of Civ access until ~25th, but if coldrain or scooter can turnplay I think I should be able to give instructions to maintain a decent turn pace.
