I'm surprised we got floaters so quickly. I mean, its superhuman, but that is still quite quick.
4 Casualties is pretty good for a mission that early on an intact UFO.... at night with no Flares. Good thing Sulla died and not Sullla, we'd really miss the yarns of Sullla.

I can't find sulla or sullla in this current batch
As another note would it be possible to get a summary of all surviving members of you base. So we can praise Ug for leading or laugh at somone else for failing. (Like me)

NOOOO! At least it was quick and painless! Mom will be disappointed not to have a real funeral--wait! I forgot, the aliens already abducted her!
I hope Dazed the Second manages to last a little longer!

I say sell all but one of anything we don't need (Elerium, etc). Corpses definitely gotta go. Once I forgot to sell them off for a long time and had an entire store house's worth of corpses!

I agree! Only four deaths on the first mission without extra soldiers at night is pretty good.

Within the game, press control and F5 together.
This should capture screenshot under :
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\xcom ufo defence\capture
Second thing - you'll find alt-tab or otherwise to keep notes does interesting things to the DOS box session.
I'll try and improve on the images with alternate hosting for next time
Thanks for figuring out the screen capture. That's good to know.
I recommend using Drop Box for image hosting. It's MUCH easier than photo bucket, flickr or anything else I've found!

Yeah we should do a summary style listing of who is on the mission and what happens to them.

Might get a bit depressing in some cases....

OK, got the XcomUtil setup and everything after a bit of trouble with the beta for the 64-bit Windows stuff. Seems to be working properly. Loaded the save and took a look around.
antisocialmunky, you are wounded for the next 47 (!!) days. Might be time for a sacking to clear space for another recruit. Ug and I are only wounded for 1 day, so that should not be a problem. Better hope some new troops show up before another mission, though.
We should also probably think of another General Stores and Living Quarters ASAP. With sales of some of our first mission loot, we should be able to fund it and still keep a decent reserve.

Didn't we already start a Living Quarters? What date is it now, btw?
I think a recruit that is wounded for 47 is a good sacking candidate. We're paying a month salary for a useless soldier. If he was highly promoted, I'd wait it out, but he's not!
EDIT: Are we still following the turn order I suggested or something different?
