Here's the modified map; I removed two floodplains from the south and three from the north.

The code to set units to non-moving is add the line "Immobile=250" into the Unit block. Scooter's game also had the UnitOwner for barbs set to "BARBARIAN" instead of their Player ID, so I did that as well. It seems to have worked, they did not attack out to kill my scout.

The middle has only a road, not a barb city with guards.

I think that might be an issue with how the barbs are coded in regular BTS and our mods. I've made a change that should fix it.
