This is a strange game. The most interesting thing seems to have occurred when Serdoa got bored, and Chariot-rushed Nakor into oblivion. Nobody is really fighting the Barbarians - they're fighting having half the normal strategic options taken off the table by a rampantly teching Barbarian AI, which dilutes civ down far too much to be interesting or balanced. Happiness is the obvious limitation - in practice, there are no religions, because the isolated Barbarians founded them all. So the players are plodding along, with the same little patch of land, and the same limited set of things they can do with it.
