Civ has a setting, but my understanding is that it doesn't work, because it has no way to enter a password, and no modern e-mail account will send mail if it hasn't received your password first.

1. I don't understand what Commodore is even trying to get at....so his question is currently completely lost on me.

2. I had meant to ask about diplo earlier, but forgot. Are we going to have any sort of rules about diplo in this game? Probably should decide such before any of us meet.

I'd assume CTON?

Proxy pylon is a Starcraft strat where you build a base next to the other guy's base. Basically.
If only you and me and dead people know hex, then only deaf people know hex.
