Hi all! (especially Mackoti who's "new" to this game).

For those that aren't aware, the server's been down for a couple of days. 
While I would've been available to play earlier in the week, I'm soon to leave for the capital over the weekend. That means that anybody waiting for me to play first don't need to check in until Monday at the earliest (and I probably won't finish the turn until some time Tuesday).
Also, once the server is back up, it'd be great if someone could make sure that the timer is paused.

I PMed Mack and tbs a few days ago, neither seem to have read it though. Tempted to feel we should let the turn roll ATM.

If you've pm:ed them, then I'm inclined to agree that we could let the turn roll.

Partly because you did more damage on your turn than I thought you could and if it's really bad for me I'd consider calling the game 
(don't think it'd be impossible to turn things around, but with turn pace and server issues it might simply not be worth it).

I wouldn't want the game called if you think you have a chance to turn things around. You also haven't seen what I have done to you either! I wouldn't want the game called because of turn issues. I'll unpause it when I get back so we can get to another turn as I promised OH I would show him an overview of empire shot anyway and decide based on what you see.
