Ok - Let's collect gold for 1 more turn.

Going for T121 SoZ is also good concerning workers. We need just 1 for chopping the forest.

Collecting some things for the next turn:
* Bitter: On T118, whip the missionary and work a plains hill and two grass hills. Finish second missionary at 81/40 hammers EOT
* switch research to alpha (not very important)
* L (marble city worker) moves E and roads
* Most/all of the tile/build micro is done already
* WR does not whip settler
* E finishes 4tF

We're up. Just realized I didn't take this in to account last turn. Sorry about this:
Quote:Some more worker micro. Worker E, which is 2S of BM, should not finish its cottage, but instead move and finish the 4tF farm. Worker G can finish that cottage once it's done chopping. Meanwhile, E can move to the forested hill SW of WR and road it. That lets the settler from Weissbier cross both rivers in two turns, and move into OTR and load on the third. (You can load into a galley with 0 movement, right?)

This would have been better since now we'll have trouble to find meaningful job for the chopping worker. I cottaged the tile 1E of chopped forest, but finishing cottage is not very important so moving towards our road network is probably for the best or mining some of the hills near WIFOM.

I presume we need 4th mine near Bitter in 2T to finish the last missionary on time? There are 2 cottaging workers SW from HN that could do that (I'll send turn report soon so you can see this better), if needed.

I think a settler can still get from Weissbier to OTR in three turns.
I have to run.

Yes road can be finished easily even if we move now to the forest. The minor inefficiency was this turn when we didn't have much work to do for the chopping worker. On the other hand we get BM to grow a turn sooner (working the cottage instead of hill) so this is pretty minor detail.

Now looking at things we need a work boat for the island city so switching OTR to that is better than Courthouse. Also where would you settle there? We need to also prepare to ferry at least 1-2 workers there.

edit. just realized there is no good screenshot so here it is:

1E from Oasis or on desert hill seems best to me. If 1E of oasis we should probably try to get that forest chopped. Not sure if that is possible. We could get e.g. "4tF" worker to boat in 2T and could delay settler a turn or 2 if necessary.

I prefer on the desert hill.

I don't understand why we need more roads for the settler to move:

Moving from Weissbier to OTR
Turn 1: SW-SW-NW
Turn 2: W-SW-S-SW
Turn 3: SW-S-SW and load onto galley in OTR
I have to run.

True. We actually would need a farm chain towards corn near WR more than that road. I think some of the workers near DeerSlayer and BM (5 at the moment) should be travelling to south next.

Good catch on that road, Novice. Chain irrigation instead sounds good. Desert hill also looks good.
If you know what I mean.

How many workers do you guys have?
