Is that character a variant? (I just love getting asked that in channel.) - Charis

you could just decrease the hammer cost if it's too high ( I agree they are underwhelming )

I've thought of doing a combo of decreasing hammer cost AND making it dbl speed with Entropy mana.

I suppose a modular alternative would be to make it dbl speed with the Sheaim Civ Trait, and dbl speed with Entropy.

When is this going to be released?

I'm still trying to noodle my way around the redirect switch that I want to implement. That combined with rather... unpredictable internet has made this a difficult build to complete in Thailand. So, Jan. 5th? :P

Redirect switch?

How I plan to implement the above. It's orthogonal to most of what I've done with CIV so far, so it's a fun problem, but that also means it takes me more time. Cliff notes, BUG loads from an ini it creates in the /users/my games/ folder (the same place the saves go). I'd like it to check the game options when it does this, and if that game option is set, instead of loading from its preferred place, instead load the defaults. I'll then twiddle the defaults to match minimally modified (defaults are set in XML).

If only one change was done for the Grigori in v10, it would have to be turning Cassiel back into Phi/Ind. phi/org is like starting with only one trait, as there are no org benefits early on.

Some have proposed phi/cre ... But I feel phi/ind is more thematically sound for the Grigori. (building up a world from scratch, surrounded on all sides by gods and demons)

Hmm. So u are attaching their UI to an option? Sounds good. Meaning that pbems will be without the UI, but I can still use it in sp smile

Btw, I like the UI in simul turn, because not everyone can do those sort of split second half assed calculations ... It sort of evens the playing field smile

Also, I think maps would b easier to balance if everyone could choose between a land based or sea based economy. What is the most op thing about the lanun? Exclusive rights to coves, and +1 water food. I propose that everyone should have access to coves, but that it will be a choice of sorts. More details to come, but it's mostly already documented in an excel file of mine.
