You've got some explaining to do, Uber! lol Edit: Can you explain me the reasoning behind doing it? I'm interested to know why you think it's a fair PR.

Well, better to be lucky than good. Pindicator is a baddie (I'm not spoiled, just pretty sure), so hopefully they'll lynch him for the wrong reasons.

that PR is my response to the ever-inflating post counts in these games

That's very irritating and one of the reasons I've said the players are too obvious. I'm not pretending to be right everytime or to be some sort of WW-know-it-all, I know I'm not. But let's analyse things:

1. I do some jokes and play in a light hearted way on day 1 -> everyone votes for me and wants my head, I only survived due to BRick's claim. And don't tell me I was playing badly or anti-town. That's not true, in my opinion.

2. Pindicator fakes a PR that I can't see how someone can think Uberfish would make (maybe I'm missing something big here, since no one else is making a big deal out of this. But, seriously, a PR that can simply forbid you of discussing things in a game that is only based on discussion. That's the epitomy of a bad role. Ok, let's say you can only speak using three words. That makes discussion harder, but not impossible. Pindicator's PR can make it impossible and is totally unfun. How can someone seriously think that the guy that created a role so awesome as Mass Distractor would create such a PR is beyond me) and do a ton of well crafted posts -> Obviously innocent, let's not vote for him ever. Even now that his disguise is falling into pieces completely.

Of course, I'm being throughly unfair, playing the game when you don't have to vote and already read the lurker thread is way easier. But that's very annoying. Maybe I should have made a gigantic post about Pindicator's guilt, but playing like this is not fun, in my opinion. People should go for their gut feelings more than the big guilt theories, I think village would have a higher chance of winning then.

I think this is wrong, Ichabod. The reasons I didn't push Pindicator had nothing to do with his post restriction, it was because he's done a good job of acting village (if he's scum). If it hadn't been precisely because of Uberfish teaching us not to metagame his metagame, (and because of Pindicator's good play in other respects) Pindicator should have been lynched instantly for his claim of not being able to vote after 10 posts.

Also, the Meiz situation was different so you can't really compare them. In that game, Meiz was "post restricted" by a fellow scum who in fact had that ability. So it wasn't a question of whether or not that PR would exist, it was a question of whether or not scum would use it on one of their own.
I have to run.

But isn't not allowing Pindicator to even vote after his 10th post too much? He could be stuck on a vote after, let's say, a reveal happened in the thread... Maybe he's only lying about that part, which could be an interesting way to twist his PR. Or maybe he didn't reveal every aspect of the PR.

Sorry for all the comments about the PR, though. I was sure Pindicator was faking it.

Yes, I was a bit too eager with that post of mine. Maybe what I should have said is that we take metagame things too much into account (rather than trying to point out that my meta arguments are better than others twirl ). I don't know, I'm a bit confused.

You survived day 1 and 2 without BRicks claim. Not to the least because I for one decided to rather lynch GM than you. And that turned out to be a mistake.

I faked the same restriction (although never explicitly stating it and with ssome twists like to allow pure-voteposts or votecounts) in WW 10 as a wolf. Nobody called it in question then. If you get down to it 10 posts/day are enough and pindi did very well with them. I would lynch him today because I suspected him for D2 and his use of his power/the Jkaen-vote but not for his PR. I even find this PR interesting. Challenging to play with it but fun.

PS In the game you mentioned Meiz came under heavy fire after his PR. It was only by mayor-decission that he survived then.
