Hooking horses ASAP; dogs mean I can wait on copper.

Costs grew to -4gpt with this single size one minimum-distance city.

Let's make this painfully awkward for Queeg. He bothered me a bit with cows, so the Law Of Old Women Swallowing Flies says to top that I need to mess with his horse-hooking. I'll go with that. Let's see if Ruff feels like helping.

There was an Old Queeg who bothered a bit with cows. I don't know why he bothered a bit with cows. Perhaps he'll die?

Okay, turns are rushing along, so let's look through these last few with some reports. When last we left our heros, they menaced the fast workers huddling over the Indian horse. A pair of warriors guarded them the next turn, so...

Always nice to get XP, but sadly they did hurt my archers a bit. The fight took me up to 4xp, so I was able to take shock, but he scrambled a few more warriors out to stop me bothering the horse, of course. Left open the city too. Sadly, his heavy warrior focus led to more bodies being shuffled in my way, but its nice to have forced that, at least.

He decided to bother me a bit with his warrior on my horse end, but even the with barbarian "reinforcements" I wasn't too worried. This is why we build on hills, kids.

I like Hornswoggle a great deal, food-poor as it is. With the horses pastured it is already making commendable hammers, and the copper mine will see it a good deal more. This might in the end be a ghetto Heroic Epic spot, although it needs to help the "capital cottage" cause first.

I'm glad most of the warriors in the southwest opted to retreat, because the archers took a little damage...and are now needed north. Emergency chariot or dog soldier might be called for, but that's life. In the east my other archer is withdrawing, no need to face Indian chariots in the field.

Finally, here's the plan, capital-style:

Stonehenge in six turns. Anyone care to guess how? (Not fishing, I got the micro yo.)

If by ">9000" you mean "two each" then yes.

Turn Thirty:

Barbarian uprising! Oh wait, raging Emperor barbs "normal rising". My demos show we're winning at nothing except the hearts and minds of the Rustic peoples. That's okay, I'll just keep growing, might as well have Chm and Org benefit me in the economy. I need cottages worked Soonest here folks; the GNP figure isn't going to go up in any real way otherwise.

For people who dig that sort of thing, graphs:

I'll add the Ruffians' charts too when I get 'em.
