[SPOILERS] Pindicator plays PBEM62 (not to be confused with Twitch Plays Civ)

That might cost us what's left of the game. If he manages to kill all three warriors, and with +185% he might, then I'm not going to whip another warrior in. He can just have it and this game can be done with

Turn 027

Well, we attacked and only lost 1 warrior. So I guess we're still in this.

Some questions:

1. Do we whip the settler? If we do the overflow is a 1-turn granary
2. Do we offer Commodore peace? Potentially we can use that time to land Hinduism in our second city, putting it north fo the fur and blocking off the corn from Commodore. Poly is due in 5t but that's with the hamlet being worked.

The turn is unfinished.

Buddhist and Hindu holy cities fighting over second ring culture would be LEGENDARY...

Nice there! The RNG gods were aware of your mistake and took pity on you :P

As I am not a specific lurker I will not comment other than say; you should do what you think will likely win the game. You are not out of this by any means, you have the extra happy to allow the annoying warrior whip without as much headache as usual and your traits will show more over the course of the game than pro and imp. (and slavery unhappiness rounds in favour of less happy lost per whip)

Well, things could be worse! thumbsup

1. Yeah, sounds good.
2. I guess its worth a shot. I mean the status quo isn't good for us. Its probably time to start trying something different.
I've got some dirt on my shoulder, can you brush it off for me?

The other thing we could use the overflow for are consecutive axes...

@Gaspar - Yeah, that works for me now. If he rejects peace we can overflow into axes. A quick granary may give us a chance, although I'm a little unsure about whipping off those great tiles.

@REM - I'm mostly asking Gaspar & Noble since they're the ded-lurkers here. But anyone else who wants to join the twitch cacophony can feel free to join in! smile

Haha thanks, I just don't want to see you throw in the towel this early. You aren't out by any means, and there is a lot of game left in this. But because I have prior knowledge of all going on I will not say anything other than be careful with your tile micro, in regards to the screenshot above. (which I say as I assume that you have sent it on now)

One benefit of whipping: it eliminated the tile micro needs smile Whipped the settler, offered peace, and we have 43h overflow next turn to go into whatever we want next turn. I'm hoping it will be a granary - getting a quick one could be something that helps us come back. I'll probably grow to 5 and whip another settler if that happens. I actually thought about working the hamlet over the copper just to get Poly a turn sooner. But yeah, that's not worth giving up 4 hammers when we need so many things built:

Here's another question: do we move our settler naked to settle that city N of the fur? Otherwise we need to wait for our warriors. Although really, that city is kind of worthless without the holy city so maybe we should wait
