I have simulated our situation with Dantski, because my inner feeling advises me to take a risk or better say to let Dantski take a risk. He has performed 2 whips this turn, so there is a chance that he will have 2 axes next turn or axe and spear. He also has 2 warriors around. One of his axes has only 4.4 hp, it is important to evaluate chances.
I remind that we have axe + char. What if we walk to his cap?
In general I dont like relying on 50% chances, because it is always unpredictable and can result in 'no damage' for any side (3.1%). But in this situation we only risk with our units which can hardly bring us any goods soon and Dantski will have to risk with his cap, and even if we have minor chances it can be worth trying.
The spread of possible results is pretty simple and is shown on the picture below:
If the luck is by my side we can have axe with 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0 or 5.0 str left. It is 36.3% to have axe with 2.0 str and more.
As I mentioned the other axe is wounded and this means that his chances on chariot are just slightly more than 50%, 56.6% exactly (full hp axe has 75% against chariot).
Chariot has 43% and in about 20% of cases it still has nice chances against warrior.
The main thing I wanted to point out is that if we get lucky with the first 2 battles, warriors most probably wont be able to change it, because even very wounded axe or severy wounded char have decent chances against full-hp warrior. So it is about 15-20% to survive all his units, about 60% chance to exchange well and smth about 25-30% to lose all.
