Stopped building wealth in literally every city, and now im only doing so in two cities. Break even is roughly 50%-60%, and im pushing out all sorts of buildings that i should have had built...... 50 turns ago. Im not in the running, but im going to do my best to avoid death in this game. Still waiting for a general concession to JR4 for a very well done game. Although i think TGLH was mostly to blame for his early lead, he played a very good game. He took the lions share of the good cities Charriu left behind, he got all of the astro islands, and is currently the tech leader.
Wetbandit- Had a great shot at winning, but really needed to do Something with that massive Cuir stack. Although i would have whipped and fought hard.. he should have ran into my cities, and he could have made it to my Heroic epic city before i could stop him. Currently holds Naval parity with JR4 which keeps a decent amount of boating potential locked up for both.
Dark Savant/Hitru- Attacked Charriu with some success. Got attacked and turned Ipecac into running away. He is currently the "2nd" place civ imo. If anyone attacks me, i can see Hitru grabbing all of my coastal cities on the north/west coast.
Ipecac- Played a fairly amazing game up until he failed to finish Yuri off, had a standoff with Wetbandit, then ran into a likely brilliant defense from Dark Savant/Hitru. I forced him to retreat units instead of defend cities which gained me a fair bit of land.
Charriu- Got ate. First games tend to suck for people like me and him. ( although he lasted much longer than i, i think )
Yuri- Cant say too much, despite having pro/india, expanded fairly poorly. Decided to kill my scout, and i could have crippled him even farther by razing his city. The focus of much of my planning till he got attacked by Wetbandit/Ipecac. I feel sorry for his position as it is shit luck to be in the middle of Zulu, Mongols, and Egypt.
Plan of action is to finish the 2-3 buildings that i require in almost every city, then either turn research back on full tilt to Tanks. ( i can get there in 20 turns from now counting All the techs i still need ) Or turtle up and wait for the game to be called. If any lurkers are still looking at this PB/thread, Reply either Heads or Tails and ill make my decision based on those votes.

"Superdeath seems to have acquired a rep for aggression somehow.
In this game that's going to help us because he's going to go to the negotiating table with twitchy eyes and slightly too wide a grin and terrify the neighbors into favorable border agreements, one-sided tech deals and staggered NAPs."
