@Bob: what exactly were the leader restrictions last game? I'm having trouble searching through this enormous multi-game thread to find the right post. I'm definitely in favor of encouraging the appearance of some of the rarely-used civs and leaders.
I think mackoti is confirmed. He responded to this thread earlier.
Bans for the last game were civs: Lanun, Balseraphs and leaders: Mahala, Cardith, Varn, Rhoanna, Beeri, Thessalonica
Reagarding the bans for the new game we have...
banned civs: Lanun, Balseraphs, Illians, Luchuirp, Kuriotates
banned leaders: Mahala, Varn Gosam, Rhoanna, Thessalonica, Flauros, Volanna
I think that's all?

I think so? Unless you want to roll the map? (I know one of the players can probably do it too with Mirrored)

If you want I can random.org the starting player and be the guy who collects civ choices? Or I can just lurk.

EitB is built standalone, you just need BtS and to install it. Directions are here.
Oh, on that note: because civs are more balanced with restricted leaders, typically they're chosen by Diplomacy rules: everyone submits their top 5 choices in order to a neutral third party. If any civ is ranked the same by multiple people, it's randomized who gets it. Anyone who didn't get their first choice civ has the process repeat in the 2nd choices, and so on. Generally the 4th and 5th choices aren't needed but we include them just in case.

That sounds good, Mardoc.
mackoti, did you install EitB already? You also need v.12.1. files (that's the newest one we're playing with) found from the link (under here -text) in this post (follow the instructions as well).

It seems stupid for it to function otherwise. If the effect was too powerful, I'd reduce it or nerf them otherwise, it just looks buggy for it not to function as such.
I've implemented those changes (to the best of my ability), so 12.1 is here. There should be a compressed file soon, and a non-compressed one currently. Just paste the Assets file inside 12.1 into your EitB and everything should deposit into the normal files.
I don't share via onedrive very often, so tell me if there are any issues.
Edit: also, 600 downloads! W00t!
Please download here.
Basically v12.1 changed only the following stuff (bolded the biggest changes):
FT goes to +25% trade route, from +50%
Remove the +1% food from FT (Bug)
Vampires goes to 5/5 str, from 6/5
Governors Manors now at Mathematics
River of Blood now requires Feudalism, gives +3/-3 pop
Warrens goes to -1gpt
So I know Dave said he can't or doesn't want to start the game this year? I'd like to get the game started during Christmas holiday, if not for anything else than the fact I'd have time to sim the start...
Anyone feel like any of the settings below should be changed?
Size: Standard, approx. 200 tiles per player (I know mirrorland script can't quite get to that without bigger modifications but roughly).
Only certain civs/leaders available (see the ban list post #211)
No Unique Features, huts, or lairs
Blessing of Amathaon
Living world
Temperate Climate
Immortal difficulty
no Acheron
no Orthus
no tech trading
no vassals
AI diplo
regular barbs

Starting between Christmas and New Years would be OK; I won't have much spare time between now and Christmas.

Yeah, I'd prefer to start after Christmas as well.

Yeah, by starting I meant sending picks, and sending the first turn out... I don't mind if the game is on hiatus during the Christmas time if I know my civ & start.

Are we banning OO or cultists? Mirrorland produces a pretty watery map.
For my own benefit, I tried to come up with a list of allowed leaders. I think this is right:
My suggestions for mirrorland settings:
Size: Standard
Era: Thaw
Speed: Quick
Strategic Resources: Critical resources close
Water Style: Waterways
Scattered Improvements: None
Allow BFC Improvements: No
These settings give about 225 tiles/player in my testing.
